First-time setup

Every login routes through Org Manager, so your governance and billing policies apply automatically.

Sign in
Users authenticate with the same SSO or passwordless flow they use on the web. Device posture checks run before tokens are issued.
Enroll notifications
The app requests push permissions only after the first agent is favorited. You can require MFA before enabling pushes.
Sync workspace
Org Manager seeds the app with saved dashboards, favorite threads, and voice numbers so operators pick up where they left off.
Offline mode
Critical SOPs and recent transcripts cache locally with on-device encryption so supervisors can review without coverage.

Managed identities
Each install receives a unique device token tied to Org Manager, enabling remote wipe and per-device RBAC.
End-to-end encryption
Agent transcripts and attachments are stored using the same envelope encryption used on the web app.
Audit-ready logs
Every mobile action (approvals, comments, downloads) feeds the same audit trail Cassandra stores for compliance.
